After decades of working in HR, both in-house and as a consultant, Misty Elmore, SPHR, PHRca understood how challenging it is for California employers to keep pace with ever-changing requirements and trends while managing employees and a business. In 2015, she founded Elmore HR Consulting, now People Rock HR Services, Inc., to provide employers a trusted, accessible partner who can navigate complex HR challenges while aligning business strategy.
