Q4 California Employer Checklist
A little preparation now can help ensure a smooth transition into the new year. Review the following items to make sure you’re prepared for a strong finish to the year:
- Make time for one last performance conversation with each employee before annual performance evaluations come around.
- Create an End of Year Memo to communicate holiday closures, Vacation/PTO policy reminders, and remind employees to update their personal info, etc.
